Avuá Jequita Rosa Aged Cachaça Single-sourced from the hills of Carmo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Hand-crafted and aged up to two years in a jequitiba rosa cask, a high density, dark-colored hardwood found only in central and southern Brazil. Produced in a single barrel, this jequitiba rosa aged cachaça is our third offering in a series of native wood experiments. The large vertical cask of dark, rich wood imparts a light fruity aroma with a delicate yet slightly bitter flavor. Enjoy it in cocktails, sipped neat, or paired
with a cold beer.
A note on batching
As with fine wine, our product is produced in an annual growing season and will exhibit differences from batch to batch due to differences in water retention, cane composition and harvest factors. Each of our batches is clearly numbered on batch and bottle numbers – and once they are gone they are gone forever. We stand behind every bottle that we put into the market as being of the highest quality cachaça to be found throughout the world.
